General Terms of Use

The user acknowledges having read these general terms of use and agrees to comply with them. ETEOS reserves the right to modify this notice at any time. The user is therefore committed to consulting it regularly. If you access the ETEOS website from a country other than France, you also agree to ensure compliance with the applicable local legislation.

Content of the Site

The ETEOS website provides access to companies within the MIND'OP group and other third-party sites, each of which may have its own legal notices, which should be consulted and respected.

Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, the personal data collected on the ETEOS website are declared to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of ETEOS. They are for internal use only.

• Brand area: creating certificates of authenticity (digital passports)

• Product authenticity verification area: managing NFC chip scans

• Other dedicated areas: managing digital passports and information requests

Data is retained for the duration of the relationship established with you and for a maximum of three years thereafter, depending on the nature of the relationship. The collected data will not be sold, exchanged, or rented. If you do not provide this information, ETEOS may not be able to process the corresponding requests. In accordance with the aforementioned texts, you have the right to object, access, rectify, delete, limit, or port your data. These rights can be exercised with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

ETEOS has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring the protection of personal data and compliance with the law within the company. Cookies

Databases that may appear on the ETEOS website are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing the European Directive of March 11, 1996, regarding the legal protection of databases. In this regard, ETEOS expressly prohibits any reuse, reproduction, or extraction of elements from these databases. Unauthorized reuse, reproduction, or extraction makes the user liable.

Access Codes and Password Management

Certain interactive services on the ETEOS website require an access code and password provided by the service managers. These access codes and passwords are confidential, personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. You are responsible for their management, security, and the consequences of their use. You must take necessary precautions to protect and keep them secure. ETEOS cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use.

For security reasons, access to secure sections will be automatically disabled after several incorrect access attempts. ETEOS reserves the right to suspend access to the site in case of fraudulent use or attempted fraudulent use of a user’s password or access code. In the event of suspension of access, ETEOS will inform you.

Applicable Law

The law applicable to the ETEOS website is French law. Most of the content and online services on the ETEOS website are offered in French and English. In case of a dispute, the French language will prevail.
